As an integrative counsellor, I specialise in providing dynamic and collaborative therapeutic support for:

• Couples wanting to improve their relationships or facing barriers which they are struggling to overcome on their own

• Teenagers and young people, struggling with the enormous challenges of growing up in 21st Century UK, with all of it's pressures and fears.

I offer face-to-face sessions in my warm and welcoming counselling room in Uppingham, Rutland. Whilst my preference is face-to-face, I am also happy to work online where necessary.
